System Hardware Maintenance

Computel only provides hardware that passes  critical performance and compatibility tests.  Our Hardware Products have been proven to be reliable in the highly demanding business environments of hotels.  Computel incorporates stringent guidelines in the engineering and assembly of our equipment.  Our systems are built with only the highest quality, most reliable components and are designed to operate and perform in extreme 24-hour business environments.  Computel will provide all hardware for your core Property Management System; therefore, Computel will be responsible for maintaining this equipment.

When Computel provides hardware for your business, and should a problem arise with the equipment, Computel will utilize all available resources - such as local services, airfreight or overnight delivery of replacement equipment or parts - dependent upon the nature of the problem.

The customer is always responsible for all shipping and insurance charges incurred.  As a convenience, Computel will prepay all shipping and insurance charges.  These charges will be billed to the business during their next billing cycle.
